Goldstream Cabins is a licensed and insured family small business that owns and operates rental cabins for university students and residents in Fairbanks, Alaska. We are dedicated to providing excellent housing at affordable rates. Our cabins are located in Goldstream Valley, close to the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
As a Fairbanks resident since 1982, and having lived in several cabins over the years, I can attest to the lack of quality housing for university students and others on a fixed budget.
Over the years, I have lived in several cabins and have, through experience, come to understand what works and what does not. My lovely wife Brenda and I have a daughter Zoe and a Labradoodle named Rosie.
