Goldstream Cabins

This cabin was built in 1988, and is a dry 20x20 log cabin that has large double-pane windows, large loft, and cedar deck nestled in birch trees on 8.4 acres of south-facing, permafrost-free, hillside with views of Ester Dome and Goldstream Valley.

The cabin is just 15 minutes from the University of Alaska Fairbanks via Murphy Dome Road and Goldstream Road/Sheep Creek Rd. The neighborhood is a well-maintained subdivision with fire/EMS protection.  The cabin is partially furnished, has electricity, and phone and internet are available. The cabin is close to a network of trails that offer snowmachining, x-country skiing, dog mushing, hunting and hiking.
